Shipping policy

We offer standard domestic shipping within the United States. If you require rush delivery, please contact us at dedhamexchange@gmail.com to request a rush order. 

Shipping charges are based on weight and location and are calculated at checkout for most items. Custom orders and orders shipped directly from a vendor may be subject to additional shipping surcharges.

We process orders as quickly as possible, and orders for items in stock are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. We only ship during regular business hours, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Custom orders and orders shipped directly from a vendor may take several weeks to arrive.  

Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. Custom orders cannot be canceled. You may call the store during regular business hours to inquire whether your order has shipped.  

Some items are not available to be shipped due to size or fragility and are available for in-store or curbside pick up only. Please select “pick up” at checkout if you wish to purchase a pick up only item. If you select “shipping” instead, the checkout process will not progress until you go back and select “pick up” at checkout or remove the pick up only item from your cart. 

Separate orders are required in some cases. Please submit separate orders if you wish to buy both a pick up only item and an item that is available to be shipped. Pick up only and shipping available items cannot be combined in the same order. Similarly, please submit separate orders if you wish to ship items to different addresses. A separate order per shipping address is required.
